Student Achievements
Picture: Ms. Sikharin Langkulsen.Ms. Sikharin Langkulsen, a student in the Entertainment Media Program, was named the winner of the Sixth True Visions-BBC World Future Journalist Award 2007-08, besting candidates from 20 other universities. She will attend a three-week intensive training course at the BBC headquarters in London this June.
Mr. Tanis Suwannakul, a Computer Science major, was one of five Thai students who were awarded scholarships from the 2008 International College Student Exchange Program between Korea and ASEAN nations. Mr. Tanis, who is the first Mahidol student to be awarded this scholarship, will study at Daejeon University for one academic year.
